The Michigan Model for Health^TM is an evidence-based and comprehensive health education curriculum. MMH motivates and empowers Pre-K through 12th grade students through building skills to maintain and improve their health, prevent disease, and reduce health-related risk behaviors while creating a partnership between homes, schools, communities and government.
